Do I have to do these in a specific order?
No, these courses can be taken in any order. However, if you intend on completing all of the modules, we recommend taking them in the order presented above.

Do I need to be with my CDP/IVR™ to complete these?
No, you can complete this training anytime, anywhere on your laptop. Optional activities use your CDP/IVR™, so being nearby is only needed if you want to try them. We do recommend taking breaks between courses to practice what you’ve learned when possible.

How long do I have access to these courses?
Course access will never expire. Come back and revisit modules or complete new ones at any time.

Can I do this training on my CDP/IVR™ computer?
We do not recommend taking this training on your system's computer. If you want to practice on your system, it’s much easier to access the course on a separate device (like a laptop) while keeping your CDP/IVR™ operating normally.

Do you offer CEUs for this training?
We do not offer any continuing education units for our online course offerings. As much as we'd like to, as we serve an international audience and a range of markets, so we are unable to cater to the requirements of individual CEU organizations.
